Minerva Imaging’s vision is to become the leading contract research and contract development organization for targeted radionuclide therapy and imaging, enabling improved treatment regimens for cancer patients. Our plans for the new cell culture technician
We are looking for a technician with a strong interest and skillset in mammalian cell culture. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in cell culture, is proactive, and sets high quality standards. It is essential that you have a positive attitude and enjoy working with changing priorities and deadlines.
Tasks:
- Maintenance, cryopreservation, and cataloguing of various cell culture lines
- Isolation of primary cell lines
- Carrying out cell culture experiments as per protocol and direction of the scientific team, and maintaining thorough electronic records of cell culture data
- Preparation of cell culture media and associated reagents and growth factors.
- Maintaining cell culture laboratory and equipment – including cleaning and routine contamination checks
Experience:
- 3+ years’ experience with mammalian cell culture of cancer cells and/or primary cells
- Education: Laboratory Technician or similar
Qualifications:
- Meticulous attention to detail and aseptic technique
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective time management, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Thrive in a fast-paced and service-oriented organization.
- English is required and Danish is an advantage.
